Between diaper changes, snack times, diaper changes, meal times, nap times, errands, diaper changes... okay you get the picture... and trying to maintain a sense of myself I haven't pulled my camera out as much as I would like. It's the everyday moments that mean the most to me. Like capturing Harper's favorite place to "chill out". These are the moments that are going to make me laugh and cry years down the road...

And these are the hand prints and footprints that melt my heart....

And these are the innocent moments that I never want to forget...

And these are the times that I love to watch her explore her world...
I desperately need to get her out to do her 18 month portraits though... especially since she is about to be 19 months. Maybe this weekend? I love this kid!

As most of you know, I am a natural light photographer who almost always photographs outdoors. Well, I am now in the process of setting up my home studio at the request of many clients. I am very excited about it!!! We held this session indoors with my new backdrops. I love how they turned out! I had so much fun photographing this gorgeous 4 month old! We laughed the whole time. You will see more of this beauty soon beacuse we are doing another session with her, her sister and her mama. I can't wait!!

Now that Finley is a little over 2 weeks old, I think it is time to wrap up her newborn sessions- I mean the kid has only had about 50 sessions now. I tried so hard to get pictures of Harper and Finley together. I even busted out the sucker bribe. The first two pictures are the only two decent shots I got of them together, but I'll take it! This weekend I start back with sessions, so check back for pictures of more cuteness!

You probably remember this cutie pie's beautiful mama.....

Well, of course she delivered a beautiful boy! Sawyer is absolutely perfect. He is lucky to be born into such a sweet family. His sister loves it when he wrinkles his forehead. She calls it his "old man face". This little man is going to be well taken care of by his big sister.

Kelli- congratulations on your beautiful family. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special time in your life. It has been a pleasure photographing your memories.

I love this sweet angel. I am blessed to be so close to her mama. It was my privilege to be able to photograph Sadie's 1 year portraits. I remember getting the phone call from her mama she was going to the hospital to have her. I was so sad that I was out of town that weekend. I wanted to be there! I raced to the hospital as soon as I got home the next day. She was perfect then and she is perfect now. She is a little ham! When Sadie gets older I think her personality is going to be the type who is quiet and reserved until you get to know her. Then this crazy goofy person who makes you laugh constantly is going to come out. That is my prediction... I guess we'll see.
